Very good food, great service. We spent the night in Texas City and was looking for somewhere to eat that evening and found this place. Very good food
I decided to try this place for breakfast based on the 4.4 Google review. It is more like a 3 Star restaurant. The eggs were overcooked for being over easy and some of the other items on the plate were like warm. Unfortunately it’s a one and done type restaurant for me.
The Matamoros tacos are the BOMB. I get them mixed with chicken and steak. They are tasty and they don't skimp on the portions. Yoli and Blanca are the best waitresses ever. It's very clean and they always play good music too.
This place is one of the few good Mexican restaurants in the area! EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS! I'm mexican and definitely give this place a 9/10. The breakfast, the chilaquiles, the menudo and tacos are me top favorite! My only sugestión is on an update on the place, food is amazing but the ambiance sometimes feels dull.
I ordered my food to go. The beef fajita and pastor street tacos were delicious and well filled. My daughter liked her beef fajita burrito, too. The guacamole had too much tomato for me. Other than that, I will be coming back to try more food. Here is the complete menu, they have plenty of food to choose from.
We went near closing time. Food was okay. Service was not so good, and not busy with others. Chips were good, if we had more, maybe better. We were hungry. Table staff was almost not there, but it was late.
